The Frac Centre is a contemporary art museum based in Orléans — France. In 2013, it moved to the site of the former military base, with a new museum building designed by Jakob + MacFarlane.

The building was designed to give the impression it has evolved from the ground. We took the intersection points in the architecture as inspiration to construct a language for the book.
It presents the development and construction steps of the building, from basic sketches and first concept ideas from the architects to completion of the building.
